Originally from New Jersey but a proud Venice resident since 1977, Wendy has a firsthand appreciation for the area’s unique charm—where the beach is always just minutes away. Her extensive experience with area schools, from preschool through high school, makes her an invaluable resource for families looking to settle in the community. Before becoming a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker, Wendy spent 22 years as a graphic artist at local newspapers, followed by a successful tenure as a real estate assistant.

As the mother of an active and athletic teenager and the wife of a firefighter/paramedic, Wendy is deeply involved in the Venice community. She is well-connected within the youth soccer both locally and higher leverls of competitive travel soccer, baseball, BMX, football, school, and fire service circles. Her commitment to giving back is reflected in her service on various local committees and boards, including Venice Elementary School’s PTO & SAC, Student Leadership Academy’s Parent Council, Venice Area Youth Soccer Association Board of Directors, and The Twig Cares, among others.

Wendy, her husband, their son, and their mini Australian Shepherd, Baxter, call Venice home. Her lifelong residency and extensive network fuel her dedication to her clients, offering them enthusiasm, expertise, and insider knowledge.
